Had excellent accomodations but it would be helpful to have a live person on site.

The hotel is more properly an aparthotel. The apartment is very large (a spacious living-room with a sofa bed, a large bedroom, a cooking area and two bathrooms), comfortable, and provided with all the needed facilities. The location is excellent, very well connected to the city centre (through Metro Mover) and close to a shopping area full of restaurants. It is the optimal solution for a family or a small group of friends. Internet is available for free, but you need a cable to use it (WiFi is not available)!

The only negative issue concerns the fact that nobody is physically present there to answer questions or to fix problems. All inquiries have to be emailed to the administration of Elice City Stays in New York, which eventually will "send" someone to solve the problem. And this takes time! Nevertheless, New York's staff is quick in replying emails.

The friendly door staff, location, cleanliness

Poor relationship between leasing agent and people who manage the condo complex. It made it confusing about whom we should be dealing with. Computers for internet access were not working.

The locaton, room, gym and pool

Parking, My envelope which my key was issued in read to park on 2nd to 4th level. I parked on 4th level and my car window was tagged with a sticker that took me days to remove.

It was a good value and very convenient to access the rest of Brickell.

I did not like how difficult it was to contact Elite City Stays. I had to call 4 times prior to the trip to confirm my reservation and check in procedure as this is an apartment building. There was no binder with FAQs inside the room as promised and no instructions for accessing the internet and cable. When I called to ask about the internet I had to leave a message and my call was never returned. Finally, on the last morning of my visit, people started unlocking the door without knocking and said they were from Elite City Stays but had no idea that I was staying there.
